1.At first right click in your computer and click "Manage"like the following image.

2.After clicking "Manage" you see like the following image.

3.Then click "Storage" like the following image.

4.After clicking "Storage" you see like the following image.

5.Then click "Disk Management" like the following image.

 6.You are partly done and double click on "Disk Management". and which drive you want to partition,just click "Shrink Volume". Follow the image.

And here you select your desired MB you want to set in your new drive then click "Shrink". After clicking "Shrink" then you rename your new drive.
